August 7, 2019 ~ Lunch today with the writer of our editorial, discussing growth and prospective photographers and writers for future issues.
August 26, 2019 ~ We had an editorial meeting last week and made some key decisions. We’ve delayed publication of Issue 02 to October 2019, in order to give us the time we need to create the best possible product we can. Also decided was the dropping of themes for each issue. This gives us more leeway to present the work of varied photographers without being constrained by an arbitrary framework. Some behind the scenes changes were also made that will assist us in moving full steam ahead!
March 20, 2020 ~ Time for a quick update. Back in October we ran into a snag that required starting the issue over almost from scratch. New assignments were given, new writers engaged and we now have a magazine that is almost ready to print. Then… COVID-19. I have decided I will pre-release a few of the articles online for free in order to let people know we still exist! My apologies for the delays in this… as editor, the buck stops here and you can be assured that I have been working hard to bring you what I think is an even better magazine than Issue 01!
